Q: My machine does not have A/C and there is not one available from the dealer. Can you custom build a system for my machine?A: Yes. We can custom fit most machines with a high quality aftermarket system that will look professional and give you many years of top performance.
Q: I want to avoid costly down time & repairs to my A/C system. Is there anything I can do to keep my system working more efficiently?A: Yes. We offer an annual maintenance plan for all of our customers which includes a complete system inspection, a new dryer & complete refrigerant recharge. This annual maintenance will help reduce down time & will improve the overall efficiency of your system.
Q: Do you offer a warranty on the work you perform?A: Yes. We have the highest confidence in our work & we gladly offer a 60 day warranty on all labor. We also extend a 12 month warranty on all parts. Q: What is your average response time?A: All calls are returned the same day. In early spring or late fall, response times are often 1-2 days (this also depends on when it is convenient for your machine to be down). During the peak summer season, we schedule all machines as soon as possible. The usual response time is 3-4 days, but there are always exceptions.
Q: Do you come to us or do we have to have our equipment brought to you?A: We have a professionally equipped mobile shop that comes to your machine.
