We offer field service within 100 miles of our Chesapeake location. Our Service department is staffed by professional highly experienced technicians. Our service vehicles carry an extensive inventory on hand to every jobsite to maximize efficiency and limit return trips to complete repairs. We offer 3 services built around our HVAC specialties. Preventive Maintenance An industry leading standardized service for all makes of off road equipment that is designed to give your machine's HVAC system a thorough inspection and tune-up. Recommended to be performed once per year, our approach is tailored to identify potential problems and repair them while they can still be classified as minor repairs and prevent them from becoming major expenditures. Based on a flat fee model you always know how much the maintenance service will cost. We typically recommend this service be performed in the spring, before the weather gets too hot. Many of our customers use their machines in production environments which means that unexpected down time is equivalent to lost revenue. Our maintenance service is a scheduled service which will identify most problems that may pop up during the busy warmer months. This advantage gives you the ability to perform the necessary repairs and run your schedule around the required service time, thereby minimizing machine down time and maximizing productivity.

There are several factors that can prevent or seriously influence whether or not we can up fit your machine. 1. The engine must be rated at greater than 25hp 2. There must be enough room in the engine compartment to add the A/C Compressor & mounting kit 3. There must be enough room in/on the cab to mount the main HVAC components. WE WILL NOT MODIFY A ROPS STRUCTURE IN ANY WAY!! 4. If your application requires the use of a hydraulically driven A/C Compressor, we will supply & install the whole system, however, we will not connect it to the machine's hydraulic system. We offer 3 services built around Webasto Heaters Preventive Maintenance A flat fee service recommended to be done once per year, usually in the fall before it gets too cold. Based on the same principle as our HVAC PM service, this service is designed to ensure that your Webasto heater is in tip top shape and ready to go for the upcoming cold weather.
Repair We provide repair services for Webasto air heaters and Webasto fluid heaters regardless of application. Here are a few companies that have used in the past, currently use, or plan to use Webasto products. Blue Bird, Freightliner, IC Corp., MCI, Prevost Car, Thomas Bus
Installations Webasto offers 2 different types of heaters. Air Heaters & Fluid Heaters. We will be happy to install either of them for you. Air heaters are designed to be mounted in or near the operator/passenger compartment and provide forced air heat into the compartment. Fluid heaters are designed to heat and circulate fluid through a system of pipes or hoses to provide either primary or supplemental heat. Fluid heaters are most commonly used to preheat diesel engines on cold days to provide easy, safe starting. The heater is plumbed into the engine cooling system and circulates the heated coolant throughout. In this application the heated coolant is also supplied to the heater in the vehicle interior. In extreme cold conditions or applications where the engine generates inadequate heat, the heater can be operated in conjunction with the engine to provide supplemental heat into the engine cooling system.
