Arctic Fox Hydra Liner In-Tank Fluid Warmer H-4000-24

Arctic Fox Hydra Liner tank warmers utilize engine coolant to warm fuel or fluids to the optimum operating temperature in cold weather. The Arctic Fox stainless steel heating element is mounted into a tank and typically plumbed into the vehicle glycol loop. As the antifreeze is heated and circulated by normal engine operation or by a Webasto coolant heater, the glycol circulating through the element causes the fluid in the tank to be heated. Although Arctic Fox tank warmers can be used with virtually any fluid, they are not intended for use with hazardous materials.

Tank heaters help reduce start-up emissions, prevent fuel gelling, increase productivity by having warm fluids available at start up to deliver maximum machine cycle times.

When pairing Arctic Fox heating accessories with Webasto coolant heaters, it is advisable to add a second circulating pump into the glycol loop to overcome the additional resistive load of the fluid heating elements. Simply add an additional identical pump to what is supplied with the Webasto heater and connect that pump to the heater on/off control with a relay to allow the pump to operate when the heater is switched on.
