Your internet order was placed Oct 6 @ 9:03 PM. Your order was prepared for shipment the following morning when we arrived to work and hand delivered to our post office the same day. The package arrived at the destination 4 days later and triggered the notification that the package was delivered. The Post office could find no such address and returned the package to sender which took another 4 days of travel time. You had since provided another address in a different city which we re-sent the package to at no additional charge to you. That also took another 4 days of travel time. Each time we touched the package it was processed within 24 hours.
