Smart temp 3.0

The Smartemp 3.0 has not been working correctly. The thermostat setting is inaccurate. When trying to increase or decrease the temperature the thermostat will jump to either a higher or lower temp than the way you are turning the dial.
I did speak with VMASC support yesterday and they are sending me a replacement. Great customer service.
