Please inspect your order immediately! We accept returns of product within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the original sealed packaging. If your product contained multiple sealed packages within it, those packages must be sealed upon return to be eligible for full credit. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned

- Items that are made to order
- Bulk items that are cut to your specifications (such as hose)
- Discontinued items
- Special order items
- Items with an expired shelf life
- Items that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected and deemed to be in satisfactory condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
We reserve the right to apply restocking fees or partial refunds for product that is returned outside of the return period, or is returned in a condition other than that specified in our policy.
Late or missing refunds
We make every attempt to process refunds within 10 working days of us receiving the returned product.
You have 30 days from the date of sale to notify us of any incorrect or missing or damaged items. Once 30 days since the purchase has passed, you assume all responsibility for the products.

We are not responsible for the timely delivery, condition or safe handling of products you return to us while in the care of the shipping provider you have chosen. Please ensure your returned product is properly packaged to protect the contents and a responsible carrier is chosen.
